At Elegatto, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted accessories, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the items in their original Elegatto gift box and protective mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
